Computer Associates Maintenance Plan
A comprehensive plan that features automatic software upgrades and
extensive technical support.
Overview
The Maintenance Plan is your partnership agreement with Computer Associates. Maintenance Plans are
available for most Computer Associates products. Some of the many benefits available to you during
your one year subscription period include:
Automatic Software Upgrades
As a maintenance subscriber you will receive all major releases of the software at no
additional cost during your subscription period. The latest maintenance releases are
available through our Technical Support Department.
Maintenance Subscription Expiration Notification
As a subscriber you will receive 30-60 days written notice that your maintenance
subscription is up for renewal. You may also opt for our Automatic Renewal Plan.
Technical Support Hotline
Call our Technical Support Hotline regarding any questions you may have concerning the
Computer Associates family of software products. Technical Support Representatives are trained in
all Computer Associates products. Calls and faxes from Maintenance Plan customers received during
Technical Support hours of operation will be responded to promptly. The Technical Support
staff works with our Development and Professional Services teams to recommend the best
approach when a complex situation arises. For additional in-depth Data Modeling and
Process Modeling assistance Advantage Software can arrange a consulting appointment.
The Technical Support Hotline is available between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00PM EST,
